Brahmi Leaves / Centella / Vallarai keerai Salad

Brahmi Leaves or Centella is widely used in various Indian Regional cuisines.
It is an ancient Indian herb, used both for culinary and therapeutic purposes.
It is known as Vallarai or Gotu Kola.

Ingredients:

Brahmi Leaves/Vallarai keerai – 1 cup
Lemon- 1/2
Chopped small onions- 1 spoon
Chopped green chillies- 1 spoon
pepper powder- 1 pinch
Salt- 1 pinch

Preparation Method

chop the leaves
add chopped small onions
add chopped green chillies
squeeze half lemon
add pinch of pepper powder
add pinch of salt for taste
keep it for five minutes
Serve Healthy Salad 🙂
