Coconut Burfi

This is one of the traditional and easy recipes made with fresh coconut and sugar. You can make it with in 15 minutes.
Ingredients:
Grated Coconut- 1 cup
Sugar – 1 cup
Cardamom Powder – 1 tspn
Ghee – 1 tspn

Preparation Method
Heat the Pan

Add grated Coconut and sugar together

mix well for 5 minutes on a low medium Flame

Sugar start to melt slowly

Mix well for few more minutes

Pour just 25 ml water/ Milk in that.

Adding water/Milk makes your Coconut more juicy

Mix well

Finally add cardamom powder

Mix till it starts separating from pan

Grease a plate using Ghee

Immediately transfer the mixture in a plate

Press well and cut to desired shapes

Allow to cool

Store it in a tight glass container

You can use it for an weak without refrigerating.
