Palak smoothie / Spinach smoothie/Green smoothie

Palak is very rich in iron content. It helps to improve HP level. This Palak smoothie / Spinach smoothie/Green smoothie is easy on-the-go breakfast to kick start a healthy day. This sugar free smoothie is high concentration of dietary fiber, potassium , Iron & anti oxidant compounds.

Ingredients:

Palak /Spinach – 1 Bunch
Banana- 2 small
Dates – 5 or 6
peeled & Chopped Almonds- 5 (optional)

Preparation Method
Remove the seeds and soak the dates for 5 minutes
Cut the bananas and add it into blender
Clean And wash the Palak/ Spinatch and add it into blender
Add the soaked dates with water into a blender
Grind well and
Serve with peeled & Chopped Almonds
