Papaya Jam

Papaya Jam

The papaya is an incredibly healthy fruit and helps to keep you looking young. Papaya Jam is very easy to made.

Ingredients:
Papaya- Medium Size 1
Sugar- 250 Grms
Lemon- 1/2

Preparation Method

Take medium size papaya

Peel the papaya & cut into pieces

Grind it smooth paste

Heat hte pan

Pour the papaya smoothie into a pan

Saute it for two minutes

Add sugar with papaya smoothie

Blend it well

Slowly sugar starts to melt

Saute this for 15-20 minutes in simmer

Slowly it turns thicker

Squeeze half lemon in this stage (Lemon acts as a natural preservative)

Allow it to become thick

Turn off the stove and allow it to cool

Store it in a glass bottle

You can use it for a month
