This the uncooked version of making Tender Coconut Payasam. Payasam is traditional SouthIndian Dessert.
Health Benefits Of Tender Coconut:
Tender Coconut water is a natural source of electrolytes,minerals ,vitamins ,complex carbohydrates , Amino acids and other nutrients.
Condensed milk- 60 Ml
Crushed Cardamom – 1 pinch
Grated coconut- 1 tbsp
Add Tender Coconut water in a bowl
Scoop the pulp
Grind pulp coarsely with adding little coconut water
Add 60ml Condensed milk for more taste
Add pinch of crushed cardamom
Top with grated coconut
Enjoy the Dessert 🙂
You can fry cashews in ghee for toppings and Coconut Milk to increase thickness.
